Darrell Teeter began his journey in the car business in 1959, starting a small used car lot to supplement his income as a pastor. Along the way, he earned the nickname “Teeter the Cheater.” What started as an embarrassment became a name people never forgot — and a reputation built on hard work and determination.

By 1963, Teeter expanded into Little Rock with locations on Broadway in Little Rock and East Broadway in North Little Rock. From 1967 to 1974, he operated the Chrysler, Plymouth, and Dodge dealership in Malvern, later selling customized vans and quality pre-owned vehicles.

In 1992, the Teeter family purchased the Chevrolet dealership in Malvern — the foundation of what continues today. They also operate a lot in Sheridan specializing in handpicked program cars and clean trade-ins.

In 2016, Darrell Teeter went home to be with the Lord, but his legacy continues through his family and the values he established. Today, his son, Denny Teeter, carries that vision forward, leading the dealership with the same commitment to integrity, quality, faith, and service that built the Teeter name.

Teeter dealerships are known for quality vehicles and service after the sale. Each location offers a full-service department, and the Malvern store includes a body shop. Every vehicle is fully prepared before it goes on the lot, helping maintain a low warranty claim rate. With multiple financing sources available, our team works to tailor payments to fit every customer’s budget.
