We didn't realize the part covered by warranty would take almost 3 weeks to arrive, but we don't blame the dealership. Unfortunately, we believe things like this happen nowadays

I’ve been using Teeters service department for over a year now. I’ve never been disappointed with their service. They always check with you if they discover something other than what you requested serviced, and will show you the part or discuss the issue before preforming the replacement or repair.
